In some ways yes, but in other ways no. Smoking cannabis typically results in a “high” that has a fast onset and wears off relatively quickly. Mary’s Transdermal Patches, however, are designed to deliver a slow and consistent dose over a period of 8-12 hours. Keep in mind that while the patches do contain THC, we offer a variety of products that are relatively low in THC and feature other, non-psychoactive cannabinoids. For example, a 20 mg THC patch should release about 2 mg of THC per hour over 10 hours. Check the packaging of the patch for exact cannabinoid content.
